What’s included in the subscription membership?
As a Curl Club member, you’ll receive a monthly mailer with 4-5 trial-sized products curated to suit all curl types. Our selections allow you to explore new favorites without committing to full-sized bottles, ensuring you find what works best for your curls. Experience the joy of a fresh routine every month.
Can I cancel or pause my subscription?
Absolutely! You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. However, cancellations made after the 20th of the month will apply to the following subscription cycle, as the current box will already be in processing.
When will I receive my mailer?
Boxes are shipped between the 10th and 15th of each month. If you subscribe after the cut-off date (the 20th), your first box will be included in the following month’s shipment.
Are the products suitable for all hair types?
While our monthly mailers are specifically designed for curly and textured hair, the products are versatile and work well across a range of curl patterns. We aim to cater to diverse hair needs, from waves to tight coils.
Are the products Curly Girl Method-friendly?
Yes! For now, all our products are curly girl friendly.
How frequently will I be billed?
Monthly Subscribers
Your first payment is processed at the time of sign-up. After that, recurring payments will be charged on the 1st of each month for the duration of your subscription.
Yearly Subscribers
The full annual fee is charged upon signing up, with automatic renewal occurring on the same date each year.
Quarterly Subscribers
Your initial payment covers the first three months. Moving forward, payments will be processed every three months on the same date as your sign-up.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship our subscription boxes to Ireland and the UK. We're working on expanding, so stay tuned for future updates.
