Shipping & Delivery

As of today, we deliver to Ireland and the UK only, safely and securely using reputable couriers. All parcels are tracked and must be signed for, upon delivery, the products become your sole responsibility.

We will endeavor to deliver the Products you order to you within the timeframe outlined below, where this is practical. However, Products on our site are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside of our control and consequently, any dates specified for delivery are therefore approximate only.

We will not be responsible for any other losses, costs, damages or charges that you may suffer if we delay in supplying or not supplying those Products to you.

Please be aware that any parcels returned to us due to non-collection will be subject to additional postage charges for re-sending Products. Charges for deliveries are calculated individually for each order and are added at the checkout.

Deliveries are made during working days only.

TYPICAL DELIVERY TIMES FOR ORDERS ARE:

Ireland: 1-2 Working Days

United Kingdom: 2-3 Working Days

 

Please Note:

The abovementioned delivery times are estimates only and deliveries may take longer than stated times above. Delivery times are calculated based on the date the order is dispatched from Happy Curls Co’s office. During busy periods, i.e. Black Friday Weekend and the Christmas Holiday Period, there may be some delays in regard to delivery times. There are no weekend deliveries. 

 

GENERAL INFORMATION & CUSTOMS

Charges for deliveries are calculated individually for each order and are added at the checkout. 

Please be aware that any parcels returned to us due to non-collection will be subject to additional postage charges for re-sending Products.

Please note that delays may occur due to required special packaging, handling and special transport of Happy Curls Co products. The method of shipment for these items is dictated by these regulations. At Happy Curls Co, we adhere to these regulations therefore the shipment of some products to certain locations may also not be possible. If this affects your order, we regret any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

Shipping costs shown on your order do not include duties, taxes or other import fees assessed by governments outside Ireland. Tax Charges are levied depending upon product and country of destination. You may, therefore, be subject to additional import duties, taxes or fees assessed once your shipment(s) reaches the destination country. These costs may vary and are your responsibility as they are not within the control of Happy Curls Co. All products are shipped ‘in good faith’.

In respect of all Products dispatched to you outside of Ireland, you are deemed to be the importer of the Products and must, therefore, comply with all the laws and regulations of the country into which the Products are being delivered. You should note that customs policies and practices vary widely from country to country. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information.

Please note that the value of your order(s) must be listed on the outside of your package for customs purposes. Cross border shipments may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Please contact your local customs authorities with any questions regarding fees and inspections.

 

Returns

We hope that you will be happy with your order. If for any reason you would like to return your item, please email info@happycurlsco.com to arrange the return. We do not accept returns on used products.

If you wish to return a product or an order, please let us know by email and we will provide the shipping address if compliant. Unless the item is faulty, you will be responsible for any return shipping charges.

RETURNS PROCEDURE

Statutory Right of Withdrawl:

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your order and we would hope to resolve any problems you may have. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact our Customer Service team by email at info@happycurlsco.com. Our Customer Service team is available from 8.30 am until 17.00pm (GMT), Monday to Friday (Excluding Bank & Public Holidays).  
  • When you purchase online at happycurlsco.com, you have a statutory right to a “cooling off” period, where you may choose to cancel your purchase. As a customer, you have the right to return your order within 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the Products.
  • To exercise your statutory right of return, please inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by contacting our Customer Service Team at info@happycurlsco.com. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns prior to being notified of this request. 
  • Products must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation. We recommend that customers get a “proof of return” from your shipping agent to guarantee the packages are safely returned to us. Regrettably, we can take no responsibility for your returned products lost in transit.
  • Happy Curls Co will gladly offer a refund on any unwanted goods less the cost of sending the item to you when the items are returned to us within 14 days from the date on which you acquire the products.
  • Returns are a direct cost and we regret that they cannot be refunded except in the case of faulty products.
  • Refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) days of receiving your returned products, provided that you have returned the products to us within 14 working days of acquiring the same or we receive evidence from you that the products have been sent back.
  • We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction (e.g. Credit Card, Debit Card, Paypal)
  • Any breakages or damages must be reported within 24 hours of you acquiring physical possession of the Products.
  • We regret that we are unable to refund or exchange products (excluding those which are found to be faulty) which were unsealed after delivery and are thus not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed for the value of the purchases, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

CHANGING AN ORDER

Unfortunately, it is not possible to amend an order once it has been placed. If you’d like to add products to your order, please place a new order for these items.
